并不是译笔不好,只不过真的太太太太不像Eileen Chang了_(:з」∠)_
前面好像好一点,后面好像翻译烦了似的,越译越差,不过对于张爱玲和小团圆来说,译成这样也就可以了
五星完全是给原著。有些直译的Chinglish让人哭笑不得。 “井底之蛙”这种成语就直接翻也不解释,难道不担心外国读者看着“丈二 monk can’t touch his head”吗?
看着都替外国读者叫苦连天。张爱玲的文字翻成英文真的完全没有韵味了
