Héctor García is a citizen of Japan, where he has lived for third of his life, and of Spain, where he was born. A former software engineer, he worked at CERN in Switzerland before moving to Japan, where he helped Silicon Valley startups to enter the Japanese market. 图书馆中央大厅随手翻的一本小书。看的是中译本《ikigai 冲绳岛幸福长寿秘诀》。道理都懂,就看自己能不能做到了。与其把它当长寿书看,不如把它当作如何健康生活,如何渡过迷茫、避免焦虑的一些絮叨小集。
老年人的养生书哈哈。前面小部分关于心理治疗的内容还挺有意思。比如存在心理治疗和ikigai之前的关系,都是让人找到生活的意义。特别喜欢的一句话,he who has a WHY to live for can bear with almost any HOW。当一个人不清楚自己存在的理由时,生活会变得很空虚迷茫甚至痛苦。
可以很快翻完的一本,内容比较零散
